Sample Garment

We work on the client’s technical and design sheet for the sample garment and turn around the sample in a maximum of two weeks. We then proceed with production.

Trimming & Finishing

This process takes care of removing leftover threads, cleaning of glue etc., so that the finished garment is neat  and trimmed.

Leather Selection

The process starts with choosing the appropriate grade of leather for the style of the garment. This is followed by sorting the leather accordingly.

Fusing & Lining Cutting

In this section, additional layers are added to the leather at appropriate areas to avoid tearing. The cloth lining for the garment is then cut to size.

In this section, the garment is ironed and treated as per the designated style.

Leather Cutting

This stage involves careful planning of how to cut the leather – where to display the grains, remove defects, etc. to produce the best final product.

Stitching

In this section, both the leather pieces and the lining are stitched and attached together. All stitching is completed on-site at our factories.

Final Inspection

During our final phase, we perform two rounds of rigorous inspection. The first round is the internal factory inspection. This is followed by the Fashion Bay team inspection. Only Fashion Bay approved garments are sent for packing.
